    Around the web reports are that HAARP http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/ had some involvement in the earthquake in Haiti.
    Could it be true? Why Haiti? What is HAARP really capable off?

    This is what conspiracy theorist say, however even when I believe the EQ was a natural occurrence it's not a small thing for the US to do.
    Weather manipulation has long been a weapon big countries hope to develop.
    Their response to the situation was rather quick and sending in all these troops reminded me of an occupation by the US.
    It's 1994 all over again!

    @sebastienb I watched the whole video and strongly believe it is possible for the US to have masterminded an even of this kind, but refuse to believe that Haiti has anything they would be interested in.
    Well except for Trial runs!
